Hey everyone,

Im about to file my AOS and i have been reading through to guide provided by VJ. What evidence do I/Should I send for the I-485? Its a K-1 Visa and i already have a certified copy of our marriage certificate...is there anything else i need to include? Thanks!

Assuming you've included all suggested/needed items on the step by step AOS Assembly Guide (steps 1-14), the marriage certificate is the only major evidence you need at this stage. :thumbs:

If you also send for EAD and AP at the same time, read the instructions for each and pretend like they are separate applications even though you mail together and get 3 for the price of one...like 2 photos per application.
