My husband's case is complete at the embassy.

He is to report to the embassy on December 2nd or 4th. I was so excited I can't remember now. I only remember that he will be here before Christmas. What a wonderful Christmas present.

Can someone pinch me? It is just too good to be true!

Yes, I already have been pricing flights. One flight only had first class $7000. We might just wait until January. Sad, but true.

Hi Missy,

Don't feel that you are alone. Our husbands have their interviews on the same day at the same time and I have been checking out flights as well. Our husbands are likely to get their visas the following Monday which is the week before Christmas and they already have the holiday fares. The lowest I could find was a little over $2000. Those are summer fares. I paid $2100 to go in August. We, too, are waiting until Janary when it is the cheapest to fly from Nigeria.

07/06/09: Received Notice of Intent to Revoke

07/27/09: Sent in evidence disputing investigation findings

07/30/09: Case processing has resumed
