looks like we have the same NOA1 date

I hope they approve us soon! 7 months is a long time to wait for what a hear a 15 minute approval!!!!

Recently it feels as if VSC and CSC have stopped approving I-130's. I havn't seen any approvals for a long time.

I know, that's how i feel - i haven't seen any just CR1's approved, tho I have seen some K3's approved from vermont

makes me wonder if I should have filed both at the same time now

Ja I'm done with waiting.. I already have all the paperwork finished,now they have to do their part and approve us! I hope it comes soon. Maybe we can start the november thread together

couple, i suggest just stick with the cr1, it seems like lately its moving faster than the k3. in fact, the petitions that were transferred to csc were cr1/ir1s.

it seems like a long wait but it will come soon. it is much better to go with the cr-1 visa then to file the k-3 it is a much better visa and it is less expensive yes vsc is alot slower but just hang in there it will be real soon good luck
