Hey, watch moneygram. We sent about a month ago and the guy at the distribution place in MoBay kept additional funds that he called part of the "processing fee." I was hopping mad.

Hey Dillon. If you are taking the little one to see Santa, don't go to S. County. We saw him today. Imposing on his throne. Then, he jumped (and I do mean jumped) down and he was all of 5 foot tall. We bust out laughing. No knocks meant to any vertically challenged on here; but Santa is supposed to be big and imposing. Not looking like he could jocky those reindeer.

I thought so too. That fee you pay is expensive enough. I was ticked when MIL told me. It was like 1,000JA he kept. I asked her to fax me the receipt, which by then, she couldn't find so I could do something about it. I filed a complaint with the company. Of course, no one got back to me. Never using them again.

At the shop on Gravois, no appointments.

A couple of weeks ago the guy who has the cube next to me had his wife cut his hair. Lets just say she forgot to put the guard on before she started so he had a much closer cut then he wanted. He sure did get razzed for about a week.

It's been about 8 months. I doubt I'll ever hear the end of it.

I got a new set with a china cabinet...plus a living room set and an entertainment center...left to me by my aunt when she died. I just have to buy a house to put it in now.

The day after Thanksgiving usually. No sooner. This year, I am working 11-8 in what I am sure will be a hellish day. And the next day. Might be that Sunday if I can muster any energy.

I do have to admit, our apartment is small so our tree is only of the 2 foot kind right now. At least this year, we should have it filled with ornaments. The first year, it was filled with Jack in the Box attenae balls I put hooks in. It was really sad. We've been buying some that have meaning for us for the last 2 years...bought a penguin ornament today cause my hubby is obscessed with penguins.

I'm wondering how our cat will react to his first Christmas tree. I'm sure it will be pretty funny and eventually end up on the floor!

It's not the tree for me, Kimmy. I love to put up all the rest of the decorations around the house. I've been burning mistletoe candles from Yankee Candles for about a week now to put me more in the mood.

Kimmy I usually put mine up after the 18th of December. My daughters birthday is the 18th and I have made it a point to keep her birthday her birthday and Christmas, Christmas. So no Christmas in my house before the 18th.
