My friends and I at work watch this video on a daily basis. He is getting down and dances better then Beyonce, he needs to be one of her dancers for real.

OMG that video is toooooo funny and I couldn't even watch it with the sound Boy he can dance!

Girl the truth is sometimes funny!!!! I cry at the Gym nightly!!!! I tell my trainer to remember I am a fat girl in fleece pant, not a skinny girl in spandex and when i say i can't breath please believe me .

So is that mainly how you lost the weight? With a trainer at the gym or did you diet as well?

I need to lose weight...I am such an emotional eater

A no u one Yards, I'm the same way. And the hell I've been going through since the start of this year is not helping...but it's okay. I'm getting there...baby steps. I know I'll never be a size 6, don't want to, but I want to get back in a 16.

Quick questions to those whose SO received there visa...does Airpak deliver in your SO district or do they have specific locations where you have to meet them...like my hubby lives in Middle Quarters, St. Elizabeth...will they deliver it somewhere in Middle Quarters or would he have to go to like Montego Bay somewhere since that is one of Airpak location where they would deliver???....Just wanted to get an idea cause hubby said if they don't deliver in his district he would just stay at his sister's apartment in Portmore until he gets his visa (praying everything goes smoothly at his interveiw) and just pick it up in Kingston since Montego Bay is like a 3 hour drive from his house...

I know Ray lives in St. Ann's Bay (Ocho Rios) and that's they sent the visa to the nearest AIRPAK Office to him which was actually in St. Ann. You can contact Airpak in Kingston 876-923-0371 and ask them Jgay. I found the number online.

You can actually go back to the Kingston office and pick it up. When he goes to pay the courier fee, tell him to ask them about picking it up in their Kingston office

Pam..in JA ost schools have dental trips..do u guys notice how many ppl in JA have alot of dental caries...

And on those dental trips - do the children get their teeth cleaned. What if the parents can't afford it? Then what happens.? The amount the cousin needed wasn't bad - but mi being a newbie to the "send money" trail I sent a nice sum the week prior to the dentist incident. Enough for at least 10 children to get their damn teeth cleaned . After this happened I told the ex - we will send money monthly and your cousin will have to make do. And if she can't then she can just wait to you start working.

Same here...such a roller coaster for the past few years. I feel like I am just now getting back in control of things. My goal is to get back to my size 8...thin but curvy

Thanks Sus I am trying to get my bratty 14 year old to do something with them and then I will post. I did that one but I'm not too technically inclined like she is.
