wah BOAL MEAN

I just looked at some baby pictures and all I can do is :crying::crying::crying:

I'm just over emotional right now. I got into it with the counselor at my son's school about what language Jamaicans speak and she pissed me off  ... but I handled it and asked her if she read the e-mail article that I sent her. She's telling me he has an heavy accent. I just got up and walked out and went to the conference with his teacher. Unreal!

That woman is STILL giving trouble?!? Geesh what a joke. Sorry you have to deal with her. Ignorance, I tell ya.

WHICH 5 YR OLD DON'T SPEAK WID SOME KINDA ITCH..KISS MI TEET

please...tell her it is an accent...NOT an impedement.

get a life

OK here is an interesting question: Would you share a hotel room with someone you have never met/don't know? I might be going to this event next week and I don't really know anyone else who will be there. Of course it is overnight and out of town. So the coordinator I have emailed says there is another woman going that is looking for a roomie. Would you do it or would you pay the whole room fee to have your own room? If I did that then I would feel bad cause she will know I didn't want to room with her. Ugh :help:

Yaads, I have done that before - But the person I shared with was someone I knew by email, not in person - it worked out fine. You have to judge how comfortable you are - if you aren't, then blame it on your snoring, talk in sleep, anything - make it seem like you are the reason you can't share -

Hmmmmm didnt expect people to have such a big problem with me. i am not suppose to be online at work but i was so upset i had to post. How dare u people tell me that he is using me or not tru?????? Just cause we don’t know each other long doesn’t mean we are getting played. u people don’t even know Winston or me so how do u think u even have a clue about us??????? i saw the p;oll in here about how people meet & a lot are like us. So what is the big deal?????? i really didnt expect people to be so mean. Not that i owe u people anything but just so u know it was me that talked about marriage and all that he just asked about our future. I did meet his whole family. He took me to his house a couple times. my sister came to & met everyone and everyone liked us so much. His mom and sister talked to me for so long and helped me learn to cook a dish. They were so welcoming and loved me from the first day. They are so excited Winston met a nice woman to be with. The mom talks to me on the phone and tells me how much she likes me and how great it will be to be a part of the family and she will help me with the wedding and everything. Offered to plan things and have me just send somr money to cover cost and she would arrange things for when i come back so i can enjoy the wedding. She has never seen Winston so in love so happy. She cant wait to see us get married. When i was there i really felt like i was one of them. Helped by grocery and clean house and laundry and everythings. I even stayed one night there but bc they didnt have electricity cause of a bill, Winston was really worried about me so i went back to the hotel and he stayed by my side the whole time. If he didnt love me i dont think he would have spent so much time with me and stayed w/ me so long.

As for some of u people that sent a message to my messenger thing saying i was fool and crazy and not living in reality that was not nice or friendly. I really didnt expect this from u people i thought i was going to be supported but i quess not

:(

Please tell me this is a JOKE???

TROLL I say!!

Nah even try fi explain yuh fass self *kissteet* chat bout prepare...prepare fi wha?!?

Can somebody please tell me why Jamaican men have soooo many different names, my husband birth name is Verton his family calls him Emil , His soccer friends call him Calvin and his younger friends call him father / older friends call him gighead orsomething like that :oops: who am I married too!!! I need Nancy Drew  .

:rofl::help: Same here...his nickname is a real name

Everyone in JA seems to have a nickname. I met nuff people who had "real" names as nicknames. Ok...your birthname is Phyliss but you go by Lois? Why? I must admit though that I came away with quite a few nicknames from JA. Most people in JA don't call me my real name and some don't even know it.

My niece's nickname is winge. You know what that means? I hate that they call her that. (btw....my spelling could be off)

Hey Den yes thats Tahlia...now just over 2mths

2 months already? Seems like just last week. Time sure does fly.
