Mi rass...Kimmy musah post bout 20 times...dwl

She must really want the answer to those questions, lol!

JAEyes - There are trolls on here, plain and simple - even the regular posters get hit by them - They are cowards and don't have the courage to come out and say things face to face, so they create ids and send nasty emails - Pay them no mind. The women in this thread aren't trying to judge you - We are trying to help you too see what is out there - I don't know you, I don't know your man (well, I might - that's a true test - post his picture - if he's a scammer ya soon find out!). We can't say what is right or wrong - all we can do is give you our opinion, which, if you didn't want it - Why post and why share your story? The Yardie thread is like one big conscience - everyone else says the things you are afraid to think - Ultimately, we step back and support the person, regardless of their decision.

The reaction you got is MILD compared to posts I have seen on some sites - I have seen women get bashed to pieces for admitting they are with a JA man, even one who has been for years.

To be totally honest - Your defensive post REEKS of issues that would raise flags to me - If you want to plan a wedding in JA - you can easily do it from here - no need to send a likkle money down.

I wish my husband's (only ONE Jomo) family was so welcoming at first!!!! I didn't go back to visit until a year later. After that visit, they realized how real this was. His family and my family too were skeptical of us. But...now we are one big family.

Mine was. But, I saw through that the first time she went wacko and tried to hurt the children.

I can't stand her much. No fakeness from me though. I get along. No further.

I was only the 2nd girl that A had ever brought home to meet the family (grandma and sibs) so they knew that we were serious. They were polite at first but definitely hesitant. Now we get along famously and joke and laugh and have a great time.

Now his mom...well the first time I met her was a trip and she has been a trip ever since. Good thing I didn't meet her first cause I probably would have turned tail and ran

Hmmmmm didnt expect people to have such a big problem with me. i am not suppose to be online at work but i was so upset i had to post. How dare u people tell me that he is using me or not tru?????? Just cause we don't know each other long doesn't mean we are getting played. u people don't even know Winston or me so how do u think u even have a clue about us??????? i saw the p;oll in here about how people meet & a lot are like us. So what is the big deal?????? i really didnt expect people to be so mean. Not that i owe u people anything but just so u know it was me that talked about marriage and all that he just asked about our future. I did meet his whole family. He took me to his house a couple times. my sister came to & met everyone and everyone liked us so much. His mom and sister talked to me for so long and helped me learn to cook a dish. They were so welcoming and loved me from the first day. They are so excited Winston met a nice woman to be with. The mom talks to me on the phone and tells me how much she likes me and how great it will be to be a part of the family and she will help me with the wedding and everything. Offered to plan things and have me just send somr money to cover cost and she would arrange things for when i come back so i can enjoy the wedding. She has never seen Winston so in love so happy. She cant wait to see us get married. When i was there i really felt like i was one of them. Helped by grocery and clean house and laundry and everythings. I even stayed one night there but bc they didnt have electricity cause of a bill, Winston was really worried about me so i went back to the hotel and he stayed by my side the whole time. If he didnt love me i dont think he would have spent so much time with me and stayed w/ me so long.

As for some of u people that sent a message to my messenger thing saying i was fool and crazy and not living in reality that was not nice or friendly. I really didnt expect this from u people i thought i was going to be supported but i quess not

:(

So, he was worried about you being alone because he didn't have any current at his house because he didn't pay the bill? Baby girl, I don't know how old you are or how old he is, but like we've been telling you...take a BIG step back. In the end, you'll figure it out. Either you can take the advice we've given you or your can find your way, it's up to you.

I am also very curious - Were you in Negril? Did the thought enter your mind that he had no power at his house - but to stay with you at the hotel he had running water, electricity, cable,....... Or that he didn't want to leave your side at all because he didn't want another guy trying to talk to you?

I was the third for DJ - First time I met his mom we hit it off, but it was a little awkward - When he got in his accident, and I was back and forth on the phone with her is when we really bonded - I knew I was family when I spent an hour hearing about her hemeroids!

I swear its colder than a witches titty here, i told my sons yall enjoy the heat in this apartment while yall can cause once we move, its pure put on a sweater or some extra clothes all day, since i gotta pay to heat more space....LOL

we got a fireplace and once im sure of how to use it and arent worried about burning us up, we will use that. Yall , i swear im so nervous about taking on a house... but its time, if i stay in my apartment one more month im gonna run screaming :girlwerewolf2xn: due to lack of space.

I think you're saying you got a house? I may have missed the announcement. Well congrats! I know its overwhelming and quite frustrating at times but its the best thing you can do. You gotta pay to live somewhere right? Might as well pay yourself and get that FAT tax refund every year.

Nope - still a rental, Marlita - Just a house rental instead of an apartment.

Kimmy, I am not trying to be cruel, lol - But I have seen so much stuff - I have spent ALOT of time over the years in Negril as a single woman - My friends that I travel with there are 20 years older than me, also single - they look good for their age, but not that good - The lines that we have heard, the things that I have seen,...... I could write a trashy novel.

SUS, where did you go? You asked if I would be in Negril in another topic-Filling Status Questions-. The answer is yes. I will be in Negril with Steve Dec 31- Jan 13..... :jest::dancing: I see your timeline has you arriving a few days before me to JA, will you be in Negril? Maybe we could hook up????

Hey Claire, whaa gwaan?

Hey Mrs. (waving). Nothing is going on. Just sitting here by my lonesome on the couch catching up and watching some TV. I know you can't wait to go to Ja to see your honey. How is school going?

You are too right.......I have ants in my pants about going!!!! Just thinking about the advice and such I get I here.....the other day day Steve and I sorta got into it about me not texting him before I went to work and he was worried all day because no message or nothing. He later said he was just making war with me ova nutting! Other's have said on here that the closer the trip gets the more the spats get........

School is good actually! I can't believe I am saying that now. I really wanted to quit in the beginning! My midterm grade was a B. And although my diabetes has taken a cr*p on me these past few weeks from stress and such, I am over all good with school! Thanks for asking. Forgive me for asking if I have already asked and forgotten...what kind of nurse are you? I mean what department do you work in?

Hey Mrs. Just saw your question this morning. I have been a critical care nurse for over 8 years now and work in the medical/surgical intensive care unit in Raleigh, NC

ICU, huh? My dream is to work NICU. Although I know I will need some years of nursing under my belt before they will even give me a glance. I will settle for L & D until then.
