Hey :D It was alright. We went to see Madagascar 2 - it was good, I fell asleep :blush: but enjoyed the parts I saw :lol:

We are now up to 4 frogs in the house :dead: My mom works at a school nearby and she says the school is running with frogs as well. It is going to be the death of me. They are so tricky little things. I covered one with a box and put a case of pop on top to weigh it down. Wouldn't you know that frog was out of that darn box in 10 mins flat :unsure: I have no idea how that happened. Ugh just thinking about these frogs makes me sick.

How was yours?

Did anyone do anything fun this weekend?

I finally clean my house :angry: (without Lawny's help, of course :wacko: ) on Saturday and cleaned out the fridge on Sunday. I took it easy after I was done. I was stuck to the couch watching mindless TV :lol::lol:

I scrubbed down my frige last weekend. Doesn't it feel nice to open it and see it so clean and organized?

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Part 9!!!!! Onnuh NAAAAH joke!!!!

Hope all is well with everyone! Ok...I am FINALLY getting our AOS together! Couple of questions...

1). I can't find my W2's. I have a pretty dyam good feeling that the bloodclaat embassy took them when Ken had his interview! I have my 1040's...should I submit w/o W2's or chase down my last 3 employers to get another copy?

2). Should I submit info about KJ (Ken's son) on the AOS forms??? My K1 app had his info...but he is still not here and honestly it's looking like we will have to file for him separately cause I doubt we will make the March 2009 deadline to get him up here.

3). Finally...does anyone have a good phone # to call USCIS...like the visa center's # (202-663-1225), but for the AOS part??

Thanks and again...even though I'm not on often I still think and love my VJ Yardie Fam!!

No, you can't send them without the W-2's. It might be easier to call and get the transcripts. Then, you don't need the W-2's.

If he's not going to be here by the deadline, I would not add him to the AOS. I think you have to pay extra for him on there, right?

No clue on the number and I'm at work so all my paperwork is at home in the basement. Sorry.

Gill; go over the AOS Forum ... mi know seh if you don't submit W-2 you will get an RFE I've read that happening to several people. About the K-2 post ovah deh do smadi might know.

The wait is really getting to me today. I figure I should get the NOA2 within the next 4 weeks but I feel like this is taking forever. I just had to come and vent to the ones who would understand.

Gill...I did some research as we were in the same boat for my husband's daughter. It's cheaper for me to file I-130 as Stepmother then to pay to adjustment separately. Plus it give us time to get everything together before she comes up. It should take about year from filing.
