Where's Mackinac Island ladies? Never heard of it before? :blush:

its an island in lake huron

no cars, just horses and bikes

its lovely

Ladies, if you ever come to Michigan, Mackinaw is beautiful, you catch a boat to get to the island and its just a nice place to chill.

the other day my friend told me her hubby was talking about *little house on the prairie*

in his sleep, humming the tune and everything

my sister used to swear at my mom in her sleep

so funny

My SO makes noise and laughs in his sleep. When he wakes up I ask what was so funny only he never remembers.

I'm sure glad my husband doesn't do anything crazy in his sleep....all he does is fart in his sleep :blink:

After watching the final debate the other night, it dawned on me that

Obama could actually win this thing. If that happens, there will be a

lot of JAMAICAN VOTERS who may not know how to conduct themselves!!

To keep the peace and keep a lot of folks from getting nervous, a Top

TEN list of behaviors we should probably avoid - at least for the first

few days - have been put together :

10. NO need to kill a goat or set up an OBAMA Pan chicken Stand!!

9. NO renaming of Ackee and Saltfish plate to Obama and Biden!!

8. NO made up losing rhymes! (Rain a fall, breeze a blow, mek McCainbaxide stay out-a-door) or peenie peenie pon Palin pokie

7. NO selling of Manish Water or Half Way Tree stylek9 soup in cups with Obama's face on the side!!

6. NO acting like you knew Obama was going to win! (Mi nu tell uno say 'im a guh blouse an skert win... Mi nu did tell yuh tu rahtid man.eeeh jubba mi nu tell yuh

5. NO Palin name calling!! (That Ol' Diby, Skettel eediat Eskimo freeze up skull no brain gal weh cyaan control har cayliss dawta weh outfi gi smaddy jackit fi di pickney weh shi deh raffle)

4. NO use of the word !@#%*!!!!mboclawt (Obama win to !!@~`*#

3. NO 'SET-UP' fry fish an rum two bakkle a cream soda an dead pijin fi run duppy revivalist night for McCain/Palin supporters!

~4-21-09 Biometrics appt

~3-31-09 Biometics Done!

~5/1/09 AP Received

~4/27/09 EAD order for production

~7/24/09 =AOS interview

~7/24/09 = GC approved pending completed vaccination record.

~8/27/09 = provided an updated vaccination record (hubby had to get another shot)

~9/08/09 = GC in Hand (360 days from filing k1)

its basically where lake huron and lake michigan meet in northern michigan

its so pretty

no cars allowed- except emergency vehicles (fire, ambulance)

honey- let's link up this summer, bring your boys- i bet they would love it

(and i get a decent discount at the resort for friends and family)
