AP and EAD question, Please help!

Our I485, I131 and I765 applications were recieved by USCIS on 07/14/08. On 9/11/08 they sent us an RFE on the I485 which was responded to. My question is, since the processing times are 3 months for both I131 and I765 am I now gone outside the timeline or, does the fact that there was an RFE screw the whole thing up and, we have to start

all over again?

I don't think that it will start allover again. But I do think that it will be delayed because of the RFE. Ive read alot in here that when theyreceived RFE the benefits that you can get together with the I-485 was also put on hold. But nevertheless, I would still suggest to call customer service or make an infopass if my I-765 had passed 90 days even with or without rfe. Good luck toyou

Processing stops when a RFE is sent, once you send the information then processing will resume. So yes getting a RFE can delay issue of EAD and AP.

YES! Processsing for all applications are stopped until the RFE information is resubmitted.

I got 3 RFE's so I am quite sure of this.
