Hi,

My sponser in the USA is unemployed and I have been sending him money from the UK. We have a friend who has agreed to be co-sponser, he earns more than enough to pass the terms of the affidavit. Is the fact my husband unemployed likely to cause a problem?

in some consulates yes, in the UK probably not
