Will my Stepson be included on his Mother's I-751?

We just had our 1st AOS interview in Jacksonville. Now we wait 2 years before we can file to lift conditions. In typical fashion for me, I have filled out the I-751 and will save the file until it is time to submit it. Tanya's son, Victor, turns 18 next month:

1) Will he still be able to be added to her application? He was on the original I-129F.

2) If so, will he be required to be living with us?

Thanks in advance fellow VJ'ers!

Bill

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensedregistered pharmacist". (because somebody gives a damn)

No big hurry on any help. I realize that I will have to wait until at least Wednesday due to all threads on VJ being about the election! :P

Of course then I'll have to wait until all the crying is done also! Maybe I can get an answer by next summer???

Hi, yes he has to be added in the part 5 of the I 751 if they got their residency at the same time, age has nothing to do with it,until he turns 21 at least. I have the same situation and i submitted just one I 751 and added him in mine and all I paid was $ 625 otal for both of us. Goodluck
