What are your thought about these? these are the Questions that are rarely discussed by couples.

*Should a wife stay home with kids?

*What are your views about stay-at-home dads?

*How would you feel about women who make more money than men?

*How would you handle a debt problem?

*What would you do if your partner became disabled and couldn't work?

*What would you do if your partner face long-term unemployment?

*Do you think couples should argue in front of their kids?

*How would you want your kids taught?

Public school, private school, home schooling, or other?

*At what point would you consider divorcing a life mate?

Interesting. My hubby and I have discussed all these things over the 3 years we've been together. I think some of this is quite fundamental stuff and Id be worried if couples hadnt talked about them. Having differing opinions on such things could have an effect on long-term compatibility.

I already earn double what he does anyway so that issue raised its head before we started dating

i assume he or she got them from an article..and they are discussed by most rational folks who think with their head and not with their heart, imho

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

My husband and I discussed many of these things before we got married and he continues to ask me about some of them just to be sure we are on the same page. Those are all important questions.

Married: May 28th, 2007

Arrived in the US: December 10th, 2008

Either engaged couples or married couples, I just had this little enigmatic thought about this topics since I know due to lack of communication, I'd still think couples should discuss these matters.

This should be discuss by any engaged, married couples sitting down with each other with both head and heart.

no, to discuss these topics which are value and behavior base..needs to be done with one's brain..no the heart..which taints the discussion and bases in on emotions

I think we've gone over these to some extent and are actually dealing with some of it right now. I think it is certainly good to talk about it but you can't always predict how you or your partner will react when the situation actually does happen.

I like to have some back up ideas in mind to issues that will come up or have an idea of our expectations of each other, but you really can't know what will happen until you "get to that bridge" so to speak.

Well, in my point of view, those questions mentioned are unspoken questions that whether you like it or not, you have to deal with as you go along in a relationship (which ever is applicable). But the thing is, you just need to make "respect" stay put and everything will go just fine. Every individual has own preferences, its just a matter of "respect" to compromise with each other. "When there's love, there's respect.". ;)
