Hi everyone. I just recently had my interview. Consul told me to submit my husband's employment letter and have it notarized also i should submit notarized I-134. I rad on NOA2 for I-129F that it will expire on January 2009. Does it mean then that the K3 visa application will expire on january 2009 if we cannot submit the employment letter before january 2009? I read thouggh in the letter embassy gave me about submitting additional documents that said documents should be submitted within the year from time of interview.

My question is, Will the K3 visa application expire on January 2009 or will it expire after a year? Me and my husband is confused about it... Please share your advices... Thanks so much...
