I-134 Affidavit of Support - signed and notarized and you should send this to your fiancee.

1040, W2, Pay stubs for the last 3 months, Employment certificate (Letter from your employer stating annual salary, job responsibility, date employed up to present and that is full time, written in company letterhead paper)...

You can also send her all the evidences that you have to prove your genuine relationship like her airmails to you, e-mails, your airline tickets, boarding pass, phone bills that has records of your calls to her (if you have)...

The rest let her prepare it, like yahoo chat, web cam screen shots, money transfers receipts, pictures of the two of you together and picture with her family (if you have)...

If I forget anything here, you can let her read the Manila Embassy K1 GUIDE .

Good luck on her upcoming interview...
