i can't sleep!

I have not slept more than 2 hrs the last 2 nights. My mind is absolutley racing with all I need to get done in the next month. I am starting to feel sad about leaving, but excitied about leaving too lol.

I ended up buying some Nytol (to help me get my zzzzz's) I hope it works.

When does the panic stop? After the AOS I guess

It's awful isnt it lol I know the sleepless nights very well. As everyone tells me, I will tell you same. You need to sleep or you will burn yourself out.....so hopefully the Nytol will help you. I am going through same with the mixed feelings of excitment and the sadness of knowing the time is drawing nearer for me to leave my homeland, my family and my friends. My kids and two grandchildren especially You have a month so that is lots of time to get the things done that you need to.....just get some sleep girl

I think(and hope!) you'll find that the panic will substantially subside once you're here even. There is certainly something to be said for AOS...that you can be together during it. Those times apart during the visa process itself, can be really rough..as we all know! I've been having insomnia on and off for years now, to a degree, so I can relate. Not sure if it's really Insomnia, per say tho, as I am just generally a night person..bigtime! Tonight I'm up due to schoolwork..just taking a five min. break here..just finished reading 20 page chapter and now going online to do the associated work..as another chapter will have to be done tomorrow! Hope you get to sleep soon! Mich

I am a night person, but it does not work when I get up at 630 lol

I did sleep last night so tha is helpful
