We've just sent our package.

I got a terrible thought. Were we supposed to file 2 certified copies of marriage certificate, 2 birth certificates for each of us (4 in total), 2 copies of G-325A (total 4 = 16 pages) in concurrent filing? We filed only one copy for each document.

I am sooooo scared. :( will our application be denied in this case or they will request for missing documents?

please help!

You file a complete application not multiple copies of complete application...

did you file the I-485? I-765? I-131?

Do you understand what a concurrent filing means?

did you file the I-485? I-765? I-131?

I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131.

Each application/petition must stand alone... G-325 for both in the I-130, G-325a for the alien in the I-485

YMMV

Don't panick!

You should be fine. If they can't realize what you did, they will most likely send you an RFE.

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

Don't worry, they will either

A: send the package back to be completed or

B: send you an RFE for the information they need.

Don't fret you will be fine

I hope so. But can this be a reason for denial?

They will not deny you, just because you haven't provided copies.

It happens all the time! I bet you that they will send you an RFE asking for the documents and you can just send it then...

Take a deep breath...everything will be alright.

From what status are you adjusting?

From J-1 without home residence restriction.

Do you think that it could be at post office and I can go in the morning and submit all missing copies?

I believe once a mail is literally mailed. They can't give it back to you. I think you are worrying way too much.
