:bonk:[/color]Hi everyone! Me & my hubby are going to move next month and I just wanted to ask about immigration's requirement that I have to notify USCIS about our change of Address. I have read from the USCIS website to complete the AR-11 and also another section about filing an affidavit of support. Is this really included? Or this is just needed if one has pending case. As for me I dont have one but I will be filing removal of conditions for my conditional greencard on January of 2009. I am just really confused If I have to send the affidavit of support or not. If you could help me on this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
