Totally Confused!

So I filed an expedite and all I've gotten so far was a touch and I'm not sure if I should call on it or not. I did it on oct.20th and the lady said an officer wouldn't even receive it until the 25th. Is it too soon to call on it? I don't even know what this touch means if anything?

Hey! Well, we asked for military expedite on the 7th of October and they said they were going to send us an email in 7/10 business days but we didn't hear anything yet...we called them back yesterday and the lady told us they already pushed the request foward and now we can just wait....Touches...they could mean anything or everything..they could just looked at your case or move it from one shelf to a other... We also got a touch the day after we filed for the expedite and I tought they probably just went trought our paperwork....who knows...anyways I think in a you could call back by the end of next week?!?
