2 later's from NVC

hi everybody

i sent agent to NVC at 14 OCT and i wait like one week and no answer my wife celled and ask why they not answer them say sometimes they dont receive and we have to send again , i sent another one at 21 OCT but they answer me 2 time the first them say ( Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent. )

the second time them say

( Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC has completed its processing of the visa petition you mentioned in your letter and is forwarding the petition to the assigned US Embassy/Consulate General for further processing. Please be advised that further forms and/or fees may still be requested by the US Embassy/Consulate to complete the processing of this case. Any further inquiries should be directed to the assigned US Embassy or Consulate General. )

what's different cuz thos answer about agent already

we find out about this letter's they approved expedite and my case well be here in egypt very soon inshallah
