As many of you know, I am waiting on my NOA2 from VSC. But I am moving back to Rio at the end of the month, so I am gonna go ahead and change my address with USCIS before I move for when I get package 3. How do I do that? Is there a form or should we just call?

Just give 1-800... a call and tell them you want to change your address. then they will help you to change and send you a letter about this to new address. My bf just changed address due to move this month. it is not difficult. Good luck!

Luis&Laura,

Who are you - Luis or Laura?

I've seen Luis identify himself in at least 1 post, and it gives an essential perspective to the question.

Yodrak, I am Laura, and I'm always the one posting. Whenever Luis posts (which has happened only 2 times I think) he especifies it's Luis posting.

Laura,

So you are not waiting you your NOA2 from VSC - Luis is waiting on his NOA2 from VSC.

Why do you need to change your address with USCIS? What did Luis put for your address on I-129f Ques B.2?

More to the point, you're not going back to where Luis put for Ques B.15?

Ok. Let's try it again. :P

In my G-325A form, they ask for my address in the past 5 years, right? I, the non-USC moved a month before we filed, so I have that address as my current one. Now I am moving back to Rio, meaning, I am changing addresses. I was wondering what Luis, the USC, has to do to tell them I am moving, 'cus I won't be here anymore when we receive packet 3 from the consulate. I am not asking this 'cus of the NOA2, which will go to his address, obviously.

Laura,

Forget about the G-325A. What's on the I-129f? In particular I-129f Ques B.15.

You might be best off waiting until the petition has been approved and has been sent to the US consulate in Brazil, then contact the consulate to let them know what your correct address is at that time.

That is exactly what we did (Yodrak's suggestion). I moved in between receiving the NOA1 and NOA2. We waited until we knew the petition was on its way to the Consulate, and then Jerry emailed them with my change of address, etc. My package 3 got to me with no problems.
