hi i know this is a helpful sites i just want to know if i can sponsor another foreign woman after my divorced of my k3 and k4, the k3and k4 visa i was file and bring over went to another guy after 6 months arriving i filed a divorced for her and i was granted last july i met another foreign who have just a visiting visa in US and married her...i havent started filing the papers yet for i want to make sure if i can still sponsor another foreign wife.....she is already in US and living with me now...are you guys can help me what to do.....what i gonna do to my first pitition do i send the divorced papers to USCIS before starting the adjustment status of my wife who is living with me now.

If you can afford to, yes. If the previous K3 and K4 adjusted status, then they count in your "household size" as previously sponsored. So, for instance, if you have no other dependants and the new spouse has none, your household size is now four, so you'd need and income to qualify as a four person household.

the k3, k4 who left me wasnt and adjusted status i didnt file anything to them yet since they arrived sept. last year and they left March this year. For not being aplied an adjustment status to them can help me.
