My wife has been waiting for AOS for her K-1 visa for over 3 years, and just today, we received a letter requesting to submit updated I-693 and supplemental form. We submitted the I-693 initially with the application package I-485, and just wondering if it is normal to receive this request after 3 years. We also wonder if we shall re-submit old copies of I-695, or need to visit doctor to re-perform all the exam/shots and submit the new form.

It is already rediculous to wait for 3 years for AOS approval. And now even more rediculous to re-submit this form. Anyone has any suggestion/advice? Really appreciate. And our form submission deadline is in a month.

I'd suggest you get a new medical. They say the medical is only good for one year. Even though you probably submitted a medical with your initial package several years ago, and it was likely 'in date' at that time, the USCIS is requesting you submit an updated one (according to your post). Refusal to submit one will likely result in the denial of your application. You could try sending a copy of the old one. That might work. It might not. And then you might be out of time. Is it worth waiting all this time and then losing in the last month?
