86 and still waiting.... The number doesn't really seem to mean anything anymore, there's so many of us still waiting...

I really wonder how this happens as well... I can understand visa's being approved a few days ahead of a more senior visa and even that certain visa's have RFE's to be dealt with first that would enevitably delay it some, but what I dont understand is that there are sometimes several months seperating the approved junior visa's verse the more senior visa's with no recorded RFE's.

I know patience is a virtue and that I am not in the "window" yet but...I pray it happens quickly.

Good Luck to EVERYONE that is still waiting!

Do you mean that we haven't seen each other in more than a year? If so, what's their issue with that? I have been over there twice since meeting her and cam/talk everyday...when you say grill, what does that mean exactly?

I appreciate the insight though... Thanks!

I put a poll up here

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/316127-what-igors-list-number-were-you/

awhile back please vote on it if you remember your number.

I think Igor's list is a little discouraging for us now though. I watch so many people get approved around 70 to 100 and we're now 55 and still not approved. Now I just don't look as much because I have no hope towards the list. I figured by this rate we might be number 1 before our approval. Although I hope and pray it will be Monday but each day it doesn't happen it is more and more discouraging for me and especially for GG. She has a harder time with the process than I do and not only am I keeping myself strong I do it for her too. Now it looks like they are starting on May so to me it looks like we've been skipped so my faith in the list is gone.

Was #93. But only approved because of expedite for fiancee's village flooding. May have been another month. From the looks of it, CSC is approving quick ones, then coming back to the one which are not so easy to approve. Paperwork not in order, Missing statements, or photos with dates, or explanation of meeting too brief, something not right in background checks, Name and address not in beneficiary's native language. (typing in Russian is hard, have tried it a few times....can't imagine Hebrew or Arabic, let alone Oriental languages.) I wish each one waiting the best.

K-1 Visa Timeline:

02/11/2011 - Engaged at her house by her Godmother.

02/18/2011 - Engagement party with relatives - propose in Visayan.

02/24/2011 - K-1 packet sent.

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

12/10/2011 - Official Wedding

07/05/2012 - Princess Rose born.

07/07/2012 - AP/EAD received.

07/17/2012 - AOS passed. (Birthday for Mama Rayos)
