Hi Vj's.

I'm so desperate now to be with my husband, because of this, One of my kind friends here in Vj told me that my husband can set up a P.O Box which CSC has the jurisdiction of it. My husband is from Louisiana and I would never wanted our papers to end up in VSC so my friend told me that if my husband can set up a P.O Box in Louisiana but the CSC has the jurisdiction of it so by the time we sent our papers it will be processed by CSC.

Anyone who did this?, or how risky is this to do? Pls share some Pro's and Con's of this matter.

And how can we begin this with.

Thank you. (F)

Well the most obvious reason NOT to do it is it might be considered fraud. In doing so you could risk your entire future together. You also need to provide a place of residence and I think they would question how your husband could live in po box :D . Ask yourself is it really worth it if you love each other?

You husband could just move also...

Right. Anyway this is just a thought. To admit, I'm just feeling lil envious about how fast CSC processes application.

Why can't VSC feel the pain they're giving to people who just wanted to be with their family. Is it that hard to know..

Aw, good thing Aunt will soon be with you after Halloween..

or let me add some more details like if my husband let one of his relatives send the papers for us which is from a state that is under CSC jurisdiction.. will this be a problem? I know It's getting swallow now, but this might be a good option if you badly want CSC to process your papers.

You should really think things through...when you get to the nvc stage and need to submit income...it might looks suspicious having your husbands job in Louisiana, filing state taxes in that state and so on and so forth.

What does your husband do for a job? Moving is a good option if its this important. Why take any risk of getting a lifetime ban?

Timeline

I had no idea the VSC was moving slow. By the timelines of members I've seen they seem to be moving quicker than CSV. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I can understand how you feel. That longing to be in the arms of the man you love. I feel it everyday.

What I would suggest is breath and keep your head together. See if its possible. Research. If not, dont get discouraged rather have faith. Everything in its due time :)

"For I know the plans I have for you.

Plans to prosper you and not to harm you.

Plans to give you hope and a future...

Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me,

and I will listen to you...,

You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."

thank you tidbit. My husband told me just few moments ago that he would rather just wait a little longer but everthing is fine rather than taking risk like this and jeopardizing the only chance we have to be together.

We'll just sit back and relax until out due time.

That's excellent advice.

Emotions have a way of clouding our better judgment. I've been there and payed a price for it.

Heck, my boyfriend want me to get in a box and ship myself to him so we could be together!

If that's not clouded judgment I don't know what is!

Just hang in there ;)

oh we are trying to reconsider that option too. lol I'll send myself as a Christmas present for him.

I know we are not even an inch near to the beginning of this process, but My husband and I are pretty much sure that as long as we have each other we won't let anything affect our wonderful marriage.

You know, sometimes due to the massive lonesomeness couples feel, they are coming up to the easiest way on how to get through this nerve racking process, however couples like these would end up, busted. So let's just hang on..

As what my grandfather always remind me...

"Don't force any fruit to get riped quickly, cos It'll have sour taste, better wait it's right time, so you'll taste the sweetness it could give you."...

^^Thread starter, I think try to look at "stevemaria's" timeline... in less than 2 months VSC approved their petition...

Don't just concentrate on negative regarding VSC and just do what's right and God will reward you :)

God bless us all!

2 years ago VSC was WAY faster than CSC and everyone was b!tching about it. Now it reversed. Who knows? By the time you get your petiton moving VSC may be faster.
