Unless you are a resident of the state you are going to school in, you will have to still pay out of state tution. Simply getting married doesn't mean you can start paying in-state tution (or at least I was told when I was an F-1)

You still need to keep your F-1 status during the AOS, which means still enrolling full time in school

Good luck

Filing taxes does not equal resident. You need to have your green card before you can pay in state tuition.
