A Number

I feel really stupid not being able to find the answer to this question. But I can't serch the word "A", and serching "number" gives me pages and pages of NOT what I am looking for.

What is the A number, and how do I find out what mine is?

Should be the Alien Number.

It seems it's on NOA2 and some had them I was told on even the NOA1.

Ours is above the Beneficiary's Name and has a "A" in front of it.

Before I go searching through all my paperwork for my NOA2, is it also the A number on my visa? There is a number preceded with an "A" on that too.

Weird, I wifes visa did not have an "A" # number on her visa. Either case good luck

Some consulates put the A# on the visa (in the comment area below the photo), others do not. It's one of those consulate-specific things that people should be aware of.

Like your wife's, my wife's visa also did not show the A#.
