Why Do I Love To Cook?

I love to make people happy and amazingly enough nothing can put a big satisfied smile on someones face after a good hearty meal. That's why I love to cook.

i don't have a ds 230? the ds 156, 156k and 157 you should have 2 copies and yes the ds 157 will be the one needed for the bank payment. You will pay your visa fee at some designated BPI or CITIBANK, i paid mine at BPI-MEGAMALL. Yes, you should just go to saint lukes as soon as you have your appointment letter either mail or email. Yep, you have to go there early if you want to finish early :) i went there at around 6:30AM and I was number 200!!!! i finished around 9PM!!! it was monday. I had my medical Oct 6 then they told me to come back Oct 13 since my interview date is still far which was Oct 29.

all of the forms you can download them at us embassy website. YOU will provide the bank the DS 157.
