Hi everyone,

My fiance has an interview on Monday Nov 3rd and I'm in Guangzhou now with her, we toke pictures around town last few days.

We hired Visa agency to help her and all documents are prefet and the Visa Agency located in US consulate building, we went for cosultation yesterday and everything is fine just they said, we don't have enough pictures specially with her family. We can't go to her family now, they live 6 hours by bus to her hometown and her parents left to see her brothers. We don't know what to do at this time we can't visit her family next week after the interview we can go. But, not now.

She lives in Guangzhou by herself no family and she is a medical doctor and very busy and the interview coming she is very worried and her English is fine I understand her perfect, but It would be different when she would be under presure.

If she would be rejected, I don't know what to do we are both tired already, I don't want to think if she would be rejected.

She will take my passpot with her on Monday to show that I'm outside, I made a mistake on the form I-129 which I wrotet he date of divorce 1988 which suppose to be 1991 I brought the certified certificate and I hope would be good enough to show that was a mistake.

What else should I do at this time????

You would have been required to include a copy of the divorce certificate (with the correct date) when you filed the petition. You can only show what you can show. What other evidence of ongoing relationship do you have available?

Hi,

I have pictures, emails, post cards, copy of the packages and Phone recoreds that shows I called almost every day last 9 months.

She is taking the certified divorce certifacte, I hope it is enough and she get the visa.
