Hi All,

I sent my papers 2nd week of September and already received NOA but till now no biometric letter yet. I went into infopass after one month of sending the papers and the officer just stamp my passport for I-551 and adviced me to go another infopass if 90 days has lapse and still no biometric.

I keep calling the USCIS number but I cant get in.....I just followed the instructions but still cant connect to the representatives....

Any advice?

Thanks to all

Well, I have contacted them yesterday and it only took like 3 minutes to get a hold of a real person. Call the 1 800 375 5283 number and a recording will answer. Press 1 for english, then press 2 for check status of application, then press 3 for lost receipt number. The reason for pressing 3 for lost receipt number is for you to talk to someone. If you try to enter your receipt number, which is from the NOA1, the system won't be able to find it. Just be patient, sometimes they are really busy and will take a while to talk to someone. Goodluck!

Here are a few folks in the same situation.

We sent our petition mid September - received NOA with 1-year extension but no biometrics appointment yet.

Just weird we all send in around the same time and all to CSC.

I was going to e-mail our congressman's office today and see what they are saying and go from there.

Thanks for the hint with the lost case number

I sent in my application on the 29th of sept they recieved it on the 1st of O ct, got reciept notice 2 days later and already got my Biometrics appointment letter over 10 days ago, here in seattle, it goes so fast ,that you hardly have time to catch your breath and the next letter arrives. It took me only 3 1/2 months for AOS, fast and heart bugling at the same time, try and call or go in for an infopass, its unusal not to get the BIO letter
