Hello,

I know I have already posted a link like that somewhere, but I am now really really worried. Still no biometrics letter received and I applied for AOS on september 5th and received the NOAs just fine a week after...

Since mid-september, nothing. No letter, no update on the USCIS website...

What should I do??????

Please, any advice?

Thx a lot

You are still within the normal processing time so dont worry you will get your biometrics appointment soon. If you get to 90 + days then you can make an infopass appointment at your local office and find out if there has been a delay.

Has you check been cashed?

Thanks a lot for your answer... I know that the processing time is usually 90 days, but I don't get why I am the ONLY september filer who hasn't had any biometrics scheduled... Our check was cashed on september 8th and we received our NOA around september 16th... Since then, nothing, so it is frustrating to see that everybody but me got their letter and also very worrying. I guess I will have to be more patient! It just sucks, I want to work and I am afraid not getting the biometrics done quickly will postpone the approval of my EAD and then green card. Maybe I am wrong, but I cannot help worrying...

But thanks for your positive answer.
