Hi I sent out my N400 88 days before 3 yrs. I just got interview date schedule for this November 18 but my green card date it's gonna be 3 yrs this December 13. is this happen to anyone? please respond!! I hope I won't get deny when i go interview next month.

No on the denial (at least for that reason), but the naturalization process (oath) won't or cannot be completed until you are 100% eligible... The interview is but one step in a much bigger process...

Marina's interview was 5 days before the 3 year anniversary of her GC and there was no problem at the interview however she did not get an oath ceremony letter the same day as many others did. This is most likely because of the reason indicated on the previous post...they can't/won't produce the letter until after the 3 year requirement is met however Marina's oath letter was dated 10/23/08 so maybe a couple days doesn't matter. I agree that once you have completed the interview it will probably be mid-december when you get the oath ceremony notice. As a matter of fact Marina's IO said it would be 4 weeks before she received hers but it came in only 1 week.
