I'm lost in this election mayhem

I need some sort of reassurance and I feel HAL is the only one that can give us all that, therefore I'm resurrecting this thread,

Although theoretically possible, I do not think Bush could singlehandedly declare war in these last days of his lunacy on his neighbors in Crawford. Let alone another country. From what I am hearing he is preparing his pardon list.
