well stashi has a point.. my husband doesn't even want to talk about the fact i may have had a "past"... the most he can say is "you were married we're done talking about it" lol.

hehehehehe and i will never tell him more :innocent:

I think that more than the men in the MENA would rather not know the details of a womans past. It's not an exclusive MENA thing. But these things were the past and should remain such.

I think any normal man would love to have a woman that knows what she is doing in bed, but I don't think they want to think about how they learned it. Rather they would assume that you knew it naturally.

I guess that my Mena man is different. While Jihed never wanted exclusive intimate details, he did want to know how my ex and I met, when, about our marriage, what made it fall apart, when we got divorced and things like that. For me those were natural questions. He only had one girlfriend before me and it was about a month long thing, but I pumped him for every possible detail under the sun. He said we went to the 'cinema' two times, we sat together at Uni in the first year and I held her hand, that was about it. I pushed and pushed and his story remained the same lol I'm so nosey!!

LOL - so true, they love it when you do the "Reverse Cowgirl" or "that thing with your tongue". But, they just don't want to even think how or why you got so good at it.

Does anyone really think the embassies know of the divorce rates? I don't think so. How would they?

i know everyone has a past and we cant change things we have done or things our husbands have done all we can do is live our lives now....but i must share that it eats me inside to know all that i do about my husband's past....and thats my fault being nosey i couldnt leave it alone i kept asking and asking him....my husband told me if there was anything i wanted to know just to ask....well i did exactly that and asked away....and of course i felt that since he was willing to share then i did share my past with him.....which wasnt really bad cuz i was 17 when i met my ex and was with him for 12 years divorced him and met my husband today within the same year....so lets just say i had about a year of being alone....and for the most part the first five months i was going through a very hard time cuz my ex was with someone younger and i was alone....anyways my point is i did date a few men and had my fun but for a short time so not much of a past....and my husband is so happy about that but he does wish he had met me first lol but cant change that....oh yes and btw im so glad i was curious and asked about age....i have learned more then i thought i would....

I agree. Sometimes i really dont want to know too much. I'd hate to have an image in my head that would eat at me. And I'm sure he feels the same way too. When I found out my ex-husband was having an affair, I demanded to know all the dirty little details and when he told me, I regretted knowing. I thought it would make me feel better but it didn't. So now, with my hunny, I just ask for basics. No more.
