What I've been wondering is similar to your post. I'm pretty new to the AOS stuff and because people adjust from so many different visas, I haven't taken time to read it all.

I'm wondering if POE sends a file to the local office, but that particular petition gets transferred to CSC, then is that where the bulk of lost medical file RFEs pop up.

Is there anybody on K1, whose AOS was transferred to CSC in fairly recent history that actually had their medical make it to California?

Did everybody who didn't get transferred have any problems with missing medicals?

We aren't so recent; but passed through AOS without our medical. I just copied the vaccination form we had from hubby's doctor and sent it with it. No RFE. No interview.
