where do I even start?

my wife is having her med exam and then interview @ Manila

we have ONLY a few days!!!

I was told by a service agent with the USCIS not to worry about filing the I-864 & the DS-3032 until she gets here in US --mind you that the fee for the 864 was paid

then,........ a agent Ford instructed me that in order to process I have to get the I-864 send & the $380 fee-- ??? like they haven't sent me the mail already for awhile now

for the DS-3032, to which I got there as fast as I could on this past Tuesday

now , she flies out on the 5th- her exam is on the 7th

and she does not have her package 4 =Appointment Package for Immigrant visa applicants YET !

so,....

I have wrote a letter included on my 864 & DS-3032 forms explaining that I was misinformed to please expedite- even ATTN Urgent EXPEDITE on front of package explaining we need this done

and contacted congressional help asking that the package can be send to the St Lukes Hospital

questions:

Can I PLEASE get the correct documents for a K-3 visa package 4 contents that I may have her down so we can have ALL the correct info?

where is a close by fax number in Manila that I may fax her info she may need?

we can neither contact the embassy she does not have the correct smartline or whatever it takes- I only get recordings when I call

is it possible to drop by the embassy as a last resort to pick up a package 4 ?? WITHOUT prior arrangements?

will my copy that they send me when they were suppose to mail hers & package- get her in if I fax it?

if I told you the whole ordeal you wouldn't believe me

I would not wish this on my worst enemy

we have been apart for 2 years---

and she is a upstanding citizen a top level professional

which leads me to think they do not want to grant needed ______ out of the country because they are hard to replace

God help us (L)

DaleluvsCes,

Your post contains a jumble of elements involving imigrant visa, K3 visa, and adjustment of status. Try to sort these things out and put together a coherent description of events.

At the moment it seems that you may be your worst enemy, because you give the appearance that you don't have a clue about what is going on around you. Hopefully that's not the case and a re-write will make some sense of the situation.

sorry I am not a regular and not filmilar with all the whereabouts and wherewithalls

if I seem jumbled maybe losing sleep, wrecked nerves and constant worrying has somewhat to do with it

the time line is now

it is a K-3 visa that we applied for

obviously she is having her exam and interview with the embassy which means that she will be accepted or a denial

then we go with the AOS, her getting visa, passport etc

unless I am wrong

anyhow the questions posed are more important to me getting answered it is sort of a urgent situation I would say

DaleluvsCes,

Some of the things that you wrote in your first post indicate that it's an immigrant visa, not a K3 visa, that your wife has applied for.

Go the the 'My Assistant' link in the upper-right area of the VJ page and fill in your timelines.

As has been said your post is very mixed even if you say the text quoted.

it is a K-3 visa that we applied for

obviously she is having her exam and interview with the embassy which means that she will be accepted or a denial

then we go with the AOS, her getting visa, passport etc

Passport is required before being granted a visa

I was told by a service agent with the USCIS not to worry about filing the I-864 & the DS-3032 until she gets here in US --mind you that the fee for the 864 was paid

then,........ a agent Ford instructed me that in order to process I have to get the I-864 send & the $380 fee-- ??? like they haven't sent me the mail already for awhile now

for the DS-3032, to which I got there as fast as I could on this past Tuesday

I-864, DS-3032 & the $380 (which is a visa fee) are not pertinent to a K-3 nonimmigrant visa.....these are pertinent to the process for a CR-1 immigrant visa whilst a petition is at NVC prior to being sent to the embassy/consulate post.

I-864 is not required until the alien (your spouse) has entered the US and does adjustment of status.

now , she flies out on the 5th- her exam is on the 7th

She flies out before the medical???? Is she in the US now?

and she does not have her package 4 =Appointment Package for Immigrant visa applicants YET !

She flies out before her medical??????

Did she get package 3?

Wench, Manila applicants do not get packet 3. We only receive packet 4.

Daleluvsces, did you mean that your wife is flying to Manila from one of our island-provinces to get her medical? Please check Manila Interview thread, I posted a reply for you. If your fiancee is K3, my post would probably help.

Oh okies, thanks for that  That still doesnt explain the I-864 fee that he says he has paid already, DS-3032 and $380 visa application fee. He really sounds mixed up between the two visas.
