Since many of us can't view our case status online, have any of you called in to check your status? I know it's early, but I'm wondering what sort of information we might be able to find out over the phone. Have they said when they will fix the problem?

Online case status working (finally can view case status online, says pending): 2009-03-30

NOA2 : 2009-03-30

NOA2 Visible Online : 2009-03-31

Hi All ...

Hope you can all make room for another November filer? :dance:

We filed 14th November, then got the whole package returned to us on the 21st because I had included my children who were over 21 and married. Steve sent off the new I-129F on 24th. I've just checked on the USPS website and it says the package was delivered and signed for on the 26th ..

Yaaay!!!! After two and a half years, we're finally on our way ....

I bet you are, I know even NOA1 was exciting for me....every lil step takes us closer to an eternity together with our loved ones! It´s gonna be journey to receive NOA2 but we´ll make it through together!

By the way I have a question to you....did you make a cross on part C question 2 for NO - cause we totally left out part c cause we thought it´s just for military people that life overseas!?

My fiance Vincent called the USCIS few days ago,he was told they'd got our application(after typing keyboard).However they didn't explain why we can't check the status with the receipt number.

03/05/2008 --first met Vincent occasionally at Jones' dinner party

**/07/2008 -- He confessed his love to me~

10/12/2008 -- 2nd met at Phuket Island,Thailand and have our engagement

11/6/2008 --Application Received at NSC

11/15/2008 --Recieved NOA1(reciept)

02/08/2009 -- 3rd met in Guangzhou,he came back with his mom visited my parents

02/24/2009 -- NOA2 notice sent by vsc

05/15/2009 -- Packet 3

05/17/2009 -- guangzhou consulate received my forms

06/10/2009 -- Packet 4

07/16/2009 -- Approved!

Just checking in.

Havent recieved the NOA 1 yet (it's probably sitting in David's mail whilst he is in Miami seeing family) but they cashed the check pretty quickly (cleared within 3 days of the package recieved by VSC)

Ya know....I have never wanted a number SOOOOO badly :-)

PS, does anyone know how to flag this thread? I keep losing it!!!!

09/23/2009 - I-485 Transferred to CSC

10/02/2009 - EAD Approved (card production) & AP approved!

10/11/2009 - EAD Card received

10/20/2009 - AOS approved, GC card production ordered! (53 days in total)

10/26/2009 - Green Card received - nearly 11 months to the day of our K1 NOA 1!

11/25/2009 - Started my new job!

02/26/2010 - Passed my driving test :-p

07/20/2011 - Eligible to remove conditions

2012 - Going for citizenship

09/20/2011 - Removal of conditions submitted to VSC....here we go...again!

It's been a quick and relatively painless journey thanks to tireless research, dumb luck and this community :)

DONE with USCIS for a while :)

It's a mistake many people make. You'll get a RFE if you left the question blank that was supposed to be answered. You'll have to remind me what the questions were though, I know we left one blank.
