Yes, we are also patiently (but worriedly) waiting also, no word yet from USCIS and based on all we've read here I dont put much faith in calling them for a status; also our case # is not yet registered on the USCIS website, but that also seems pretty normal.

I hope we start getting approvals very soon, we are rooting for everyone!

Hi matthew. Nice to see you around.

Can you please fill in your timeline? It helps VJ predict when we will be receiving our NOA 2's and helps people see their status on Igor's list.

Thanks....and good luck.

Hi Guys!

I was mooching around on the october vsc board, checking out the competition ;) etc (BTW, SOOOOO lovely to see so many touches over there! Very exciting for us!) and i found someone had linked this.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...dicator-q-and-a

I have never seen it before and found it very interesting. It is an ex USCIS adjudicator giving insight into the processes undertaken whilst he worked for the Nebraska Centre. I thought I would forward it on.

I've downloaded packet 3. I'm going to take a copy to my fiancee when I visit her next month. I'll help her to get the forms filled out, and get her started on collecting things like her police certificate, birth certificate, etc, and translations. Basically I want her reply to packet 3 to be ready to send back as soon as she gets it.

I've started getting some of my stuff together too for the next stage. We are hoping not to get approved to quickly....dave still hasn't found a job :( BUT....BUT! I'm still getting things together with a positive outlook on the whole thing. Police Certificate application is going off on Thursday and I applied for my birth certificate before we started the process....a little strangely i had my ex fiance, who is a civil servant, sign the back of my photo's and declare who I was for the police cert. Luckily he was cool about doing it!
