Yeah we'll see how much the letter meant, at least they send us something back!

We are going to write a cover letter and fax that with our NOA2 today, and prob adding their letter too.

Hopefully we all get approved soon! We're in our 4 month of waiting :angry:

I'll post more if we heard something again but that might take a while :whistle:

< 4 months is well within the processing times. Your congressman will most likely not be able to do anything.

That's right....we only contacted them after almost two months of not receiving our NOA1 or our check yet to be cashed. Let us know how it goes nevertheless....

Yeah i dont think they are going to do much, but at least they reacted and asked for our NOA1 even tho we told them already that it was from November 4th...we'll see what happens, we faxed it yesterday. If we hear any news ill post it...

April 16, 2009 - Interview at the Amsterdam Consulate!! Approved!

May 22, 2009 - Entry through Newark Liberty Airport

July 31, 2009 - Wedding!! GREAT DAY!!

August 4th, 2009 - Applied for AOS, AP and Employment

August 12, 2009 - NOA's for all 3 applications

September 10, 2009 - AP Approved!!

September 11, 2009 - AOS case transfered to CSC??

We're unable to check our case online so we're just waiting around for that hard copy to come through...hopefully it'll arrive when I get to the states in two weeks :D

I'm just a few days after you. Still at NOA1 as well. It seems 4 months from NOA1 - NOA2 is the average so I'm hoping to be approved this time next month.

04/08/2009: Learned we are being screened for Additional Processing 'AP'
05/09/2009: Arrived at the US consulate in Bangkok
05/15/2009: Medical Passed
05/20/2009: Packet 3 received
05/21/2009: Packet 3 returned

07/08/2009: Interview
07/08/2009: issued 221(g) due to proof of single status document missing a stamp
07/20/2009: Resubmitted document with missing stamp. Accepted

Hmmm, I could only see those stats in relation to the california service centre.

As far as I could make out, only a few November filers for vermont have so far been approved.

I am however, happy to see so many October VSC's being approved.....it means we are not far behind :)

09/23/2009 - I-485 Transferred to CSC

10/02/2009 - EAD Approved (card production) & AP approved!

10/11/2009 - EAD Card received

10/20/2009 - AOS approved, GC card production ordered! (53 days in total)

10/26/2009 - Green Card received - nearly 11 months to the day of our K1 NOA 1!

11/25/2009 - Started my new job!

02/26/2010 - Passed my driving test :-p

07/20/2011 - Eligible to remove conditions

2012 - Going for citizenship

09/20/2011 - Removal of conditions submitted to VSC....here we go...again!

It's been a quick and relatively painless journey thanks to tireless research, dumb luck and this community :)

DONE with USCIS for a while :)
