Happy Chinese New Year, for those who celebrate it.

For those who don't, I've just given you an excuse to throw a party. :dance::dancing:

Ugghhhh...I drank a bottle of wine at lunch with friends....I'm partied out. Can i postpone and celebrate tomorrow?

AOS complete!

08/21/2009 - AOS package sent

08/28/2009 - NOA 1 for AOS, EAD, AP

08/31/2009 - Cheque cashed

09/05/2009 - Biometrics notice received

09/23/2009 - Biometrics Appointment

09/23/2009 - I-485 Transferred to CSC

10/02/2009 - EAD Approved (card production) & AP approved!

10/11/2009 - EAD Card received

10/20/2009 - AOS approved, GC card production ordered! (53 days in total)

10/26/2009 - Green Card received - nearly 11 months to the day of our K1 NOA 1!

11/25/2009 - Started my new job!

02/26/2010 - Passed my driving test :-p

07/20/2011 - Eligible to remove conditions

2012 - Going for citizenship

09/20/2011 - Removal of conditions submitted to VSC....here we go...again!

It's been a quick and relatively painless journey thanks to tireless research, dumb luck and this community :)

DONE with USCIS for a while :)

CSC really is moving fast...several November filers are already being approved!! :blink:

It's making me c-rayyyyyzeh thinking about it.

Grrrrrrrrr!!!! Bad David, for not living in a CSC state!!!!!! Ya know, i haven't read a book since I met Dave. It's not a social sport you can do on the phone and I talk to him from when I finish work till when I go to bed. I cant wait till I am in his company all the time and am able to read a book....!!!!!!!!!

Hi all November filers! I've been looking at Visa Journey a lot, but haven't yet posted. I filed for my fiance to come over at the end of November and so I am only just part of this group :) Anxiously awaiting the NOA2, but I am guessing I have a long way to go :(

Yes... long way to go :( Hoping we have some luck on our side and we get processed within "Normal processing times"... seems like some people take WAAAAAY longer than others...

03/05/2008 --first met Vincent occasionally at Jones' dinner party

**/07/2008 -- He confessed his love to me~

10/12/2008 -- 2nd met at Phuket Island,Thailand and have our engagement

11/6/2008 --Application Received at NSC

11/15/2008 --Recieved NOA1(reciept)

02/08/2009 -- 3rd met in Guangzhou,he came back with his mom visited my parents

02/24/2009 -- NOA2 notice sent by vsc

05/15/2009 -- Packet 3

05/17/2009 -- guangzhou consulate received my forms

06/10/2009 -- Packet 4

07/16/2009 -- Approved!

It's a long away but its all worth it when it's all done with. Once you get that NOA2 things move much faster from there.

No expedite request, my Fiance called today about expedite and he is surprised he already had the hardcopy of NOA2 in mail,approval notice was January,20,2009

hello... im one of the lucky ones from the Nov. CSC fillers. Mailed the K1 petition Nov. 4, 2008, got approved Jan 9, 2009. Now im waiting for my letter from the NVC re: my appointment letter.

Maybe i prayed really hard hehehehe!

Yeah, alot of November CSC filers have been getting approved...im just so glad someone from VSC got approved!! Congrats by the way...!
