Yeah, i think that sounds a little optimistic to.

If i get approved by mid may, i'll be a happy girl.

Hope everyone is well, I sent Dave home today :( but i'm going back over to Florida in seven weeks....and actually leaving each other this time was easier......cos we know it isnt forever :)

08/28/2009 - NOA 1 for AOS, EAD, AP

08/31/2009 - Cheque cashed

09/05/2009 - Biometrics notice received

09/23/2009 - Biometrics Appointment

09/23/2009 - I-485 Transferred to CSC

10/02/2009 - EAD Approved (card production) & AP approved!

10/11/2009 - EAD Card received

10/20/2009 - AOS approved, GC card production ordered! (53 days in total)

10/26/2009 - Green Card received - nearly 11 months to the day of our K1 NOA 1!

11/25/2009 - Started my new job!

02/26/2010 - Passed my driving test :-p

07/20/2011 - Eligible to remove conditions

2012 - Going for citizenship

09/20/2011 - Removal of conditions submitted to VSC....here we go...again!

It's been a quick and relatively painless journey thanks to tireless research, dumb luck and this community :)

DONE with USCIS for a while :)

Oh.....i think when i get my NOA2 I may run around the house screaming....:-)

It's a long way off.....but then i think of how quickly the last 40+ days have gone, and that there is so much to look into and sort before we can be together....and it gives me hope. Hope that this process wont be as long and drawn out as i imagined. Also....if they approved us to quickly...i would be in a panic! I have some serious saving to do!!!!

Not long....and im sure by this time next year i'll be moaning about how he makes me pick up after myself now we are living together :D

Even though the sub-title says "Vermont Service Center" I hope there are some CSC filers hanging out here too. I didn't see a November CSC thread. :)

Anyway, for November CSC filers, possibly some good news: I noticed on the new Igor's List that a couple who got their NOA1 on 10/14 got an RFE on 12/19. (heh, that's not the good news, obviously :( ) But if their file was pulled on 12/19, maybe it means that November CSC filers are only a couple weeks away from seeing some approvals! Keeping my fingers crossed anyway!!

Your correct Noa2 day is a big day or it was for us. I checked online the day we got update, i was so use to seeing pending I almost closed the page before i realized it said approved. I then jumped out of my chair ran around the house and called Radz on the phone even though it was like 3 am there and woke her up but she was so happy she didnt mind me waking here. Good Luck and hope you all will have simular events soon.

oh my goodness! I saw from your timeline you filed in November! Congratulations......that is a very fast approval time.

I am glad that csc seems to be moving faster, but sadly for us VSC filers things are still going a little slowly :(

Hmmm further to my post above us...i looked at igors list...and it looks to me that you were just very lucky or..........

CSC is ahead a little in processing....but certainly not three months.....

Tis not to good to spread false cheer to people me thinks.....

Nope, not an expedite, just a plain vanilla K1. I'm as mystified as anyone else. :mellow:

Ouch, I guess CSC skipped over all of October (except expedites) to start November or something. lol, I am guessing you file got put in the wrong box somehow and got picked up early.
