Im sitting here shocked!!! I just posted a comment above that we still got an error. I came back from lunch and thought lets check it again and i see this:

On February 25, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Im afraid that i checked with the wrong number...but it cant be wrong, always checked with that one!!! wow i still cant believe this! Txted my fiance already a couple times this is the best news!

@Jeanine - thank you! I know exactly what you mean when you were shocked to see the case status search result. I was in the same situation, we've always received the same error message and I just randomly decided to check yesterday and had to do a double/tripple take to see if I typed in the correct number as I was expecting the error message again! ....congrats!

@all November VSC filers who are still awaiting their NOA2's....keep an eye out for it as it should be coming soon..all the best!!

VSC is so quiet today!!! I think i am going crazy. Keep checking VJ and then USCIS web site. it's like a magic circle. I know it's the same with you guys but come on Vermont! Give us something to glow about. I really hope and pray for all of the November fillers (and for the others too but everyone is a bit selfish, right?) oh well no point of moaning about it. won't change a thing.

All these approvals have gotten me checking my case more than once a day now. I was only checking once a week.

As lucky and happy as we feel, I cannot help but feel so terrible for everyone else, on our timeline on VJ yesterday we were still # 236 in line of unapproved K1's at VSC. I am humbled by that, we did not want to jump anyone in line, we both hope everyone gets approved immediately, and can only wonder why we got so lucky!

just to fill in some detail - i checked the USCIS website 3-4 times at work today and it still hadnt registered our case #, then came home and was doing my taxes online and just checked again for some reason and BAM the approval was there, it took a minute before i believed it myself.

Huong is so happy and excited, and I cant wait till she is here with me I feel like life is starting anew, really.

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AT VISAJOURNEY! this is a wonderful community, we will continue to post our progress in the hopes that it provides some sort of knowledge to those who are still waiting for NOA2 and beyond.

then again, this isnt over, there's still the vietnamese consulate to deal with, and from what i hear that's no picnic.

but for today we are so very very happy! thank you thank you thank you!!!!
