Yay! So happy to hear that there are 2 November filers that have gotten their NOA2!!!

Less than 2 weeks until Nick comes for a visit... so excited even if it is only for a long weekend!!

Thnks for your help, my adjudicated time is April 22nd till May 8 th 2008...which is a good news , cause when i was told tht just the processing will take nine months i was soo sad ...epecially with things happening in my country...

My Fiance is in the US Army ,is there a way tht he can ask USCIS to fasten up the process..........well jst wnt to know..dnt wnt to sound too impatient...lol...well lil bit of mw is...i long to see my fiance again...he cant even visit me for pakistan being a volatile region....

just keep us in ur prayers

My first post here, but I've been lurking .

Figured I'd let the November crew know that the VSC is (albeit slowly) looking through the petitions.

I got my NOA1 hard copy on November 7th and received my NOA2 e-mail on January 30th.

Once I saw that someone else got approved (from November filings on this thread), I started flipping out being worried that something might be wrong (even called USCIS)...until I got the email.

To those who are still waiting: Hang tight! It's a pain not knowing what's going on, but VSC is going through the stack...

Yes its always good to know a filer from the same month as you getting approved!! How exciting you get to see your SO soon regardless if its only for a couple of days!

Definitely, no problem at all...our timelines are pretty much similar too...as for expedite, you might have to post a new subject for that as im not too sure about that one, sorry.

It's good to see at least a few people at Vermont have woken up and taken a few work breaks from their nap time, and approved a few November petitions. We're coming up on three months, and we've already seen two approvals. Keep it up, Vermont!

Two months until I see my SO again, maybe we'll be lucky enough to get our NOA2 while I'm in China. Or sooner. Where's the crossed-fingers emoticon?

2 approvals. Well I'm in shock! I feel a bit sorry for all those poor dears from Aug / Sept / Oct who haven't been approved yet but it is encouraging to see some kind of movement. Actually I have to confess....I cant believe how quickly the time has gone since we filed.

Awwww Kevin, so glad you get to go to China again, it would be AMAZING to get the NOA 2 whilst there! Even better before hand though ;-)

I am seeing Dave in just under 5 weeks. I got a deal on a direct flight I couldn't turn down......Lets just hope they let me in.

And I cant wait.....it's been cold and I'm looking forward to some good Florida rain.

You're right, these past few months have just flown by.

My biggest concern right now is getting an RFE while I'm in China, and not being here to address it. I'd hate to have to cut my trip short just for that.

Ellie, about your POE, remember, you're just coming to the US to visit friends. I sure wish my fiancee could visit the US, and meet my family, and see where I live. Those of you who live in VWP countries are lucky.

Hey everyone,

guess vermont is slowly moving along. Hopefully soon we will all get what we want, to be

with our loved one. I wish all of you the best in your journeys and may you all find happiness.

I just came back from visiting my baby, was hard to leave. Hope next time I go will be able

to bring her back with me. Thanks to a loving partner, faith, and this site I am able to make

it thru each day. Let's all pray we will be in each others arms soon.

@ Kevin - You may be lucky enough to get your NOA2 by the time you see your SO *fingers crossed* How exciting that you get to see her!! The RFE - of gawd I havent even thought about the idea of receiving one ...I really hope we dont get one, nor any one here for that matter!

Ooooooo! Hawaii again! You lucky thing! I'm so glad you get to see Rich again so soon. We are spoilt now and are struggling to do more tha a couple of months apart at the time.....especially as the air fares are soooooooo cheap!!!

I hope they keep the prices low!
