Stopping in here...just returned from my 3 and a half week trip to the states....I can´t believe what I read when I was looking at all these september october and november threads of CSC....I´m upset about what is going on right now...I´ve seen the first November filers of CSC getting approved...while it seems for us that we have we have a long wait on NOA2 ahead of us.....how you guys feeling about that???

Well Im sure you had a great time in the states and now back to reality...yeah alot of people have been getting approved. As for me, Im not really in a rush anymore considering I just found out im almost 10 weeks pregnant! That means that even if I do get my NOA2, I wont be able to complete the medical due to the chest xray??? So now I will have to wait to do the xray after the baby's born which is around mid august. If thats the case and all goes according to plan, then Im thinking of stopping work around July then move to the states once the child is a few months old. Either way, i cant really be too anxious about this NOA2 now

Is it just me or are there still some November filers out there that are still having difficulty checking their case online with the same error msg? I haven't been too worried about it since we've already received our NOA1 however I've noticed that December k1 filers are able to check theirs??

Yes, we are still getting the error message too! I check everyday 2 -3 times a day and have called and get the same error message. I have not even gotten a hard copy of the NOA1. Understanding that since I am working overseas at the moment there is the slight possibility it has not been

forwarded to me yet. I called and talked to a customer service representative and they were of NO help at all. Told me I would have to wait at least 6 months before I could request them to check on the status. We are very frustrated with this whole system and it is just getting started.

TJ2008

Yeah SO called USCIS the other day and they said the same thing, that we have to wait at least 6 months before we can receive any updates  ...I hope you get your hard copy soon.. It is very frustrating!

I am not able to check my case online too!!!two months now since Noa1 and my case is still not on their website everytime I checked it!!

pray to God and to Mother Perpetual  I know soon we will recieve our NOA2 !!!!

ok im glad i was the only one left with the same issue....

We have the same problem too. But what I really want to know is: Has any one of the November filers who is able to check their status online been "TOUCHED?" If you do, please respond so that we can all be encouraged!!! Thank you!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is wonderful news!!!!

There has to be a way around the Xray thing. There are quite a few VJ-ers who were on K1, pregnant and had to do the medical. Perhaps a delay of the Xray until you go to remove conditions??!!??! Mind you, depending on how quickly vermont were to process the ap, im guessing you would be ready to pop by the time you even got to interview.

Congratulations again sweetie!!

Hey, you don't have to go through a high fraud consulate. You're going a little overboard with the evidence of a bona fide relationship there! Just kidding. Congratulations! I think I read here somewhere that things like the x-ray will be skipped if you're pregnant. Don't quote me on that though.

Thanks heaps!! Yeah when I found out we were over the moon then got back to reality when we realized that it might cause a few delays with the visa. We’re not extremely concerned at this stage because we’re looking at having the baby here in Australia since I have really good health insurance and then fly back to the US after the baby’s a couple month’s old. I have seen a few pregnant Vjers who actually went through with the medical AND the x-ray but used a protective shield over the tummy … we’re not willing to take any risks! But yeah, everytime I look at the timeline my adjudication date keeps getting pushed back so I wouldn’t be too surprised if I were to be interviewed when Im right about to have the baby!

hello guys, its been more than two months now since my NOA1,and until now,Im still not able to check my case online

Im getting worried, is there someone who got approved even your case cant check online?

Im in the same situation...but not too worried because we spoke with someone from the USCIS a couple of weeks ago and they advised that there was no need to hesitate as there are a few people who have the same issue due to the USCIS website at one stage. They also suggested to call back after 6 months of filing the petition to get some updates on your case...I know its very frustrating but remember, you're not the only one with this problem...just hang in there for your NOA2...

Can you get onto the USCIS website and check the status of your case there? It'll confirm that you are at vermont.

Very strange that you should be transferred from Cali to vermont.Especially with the volume of work Vermont is dealing with. I am wondering if there was a print error.....

What state does the petitioner live in? Was the petition definately filed at the correct centre to start with? Sorry to ask obvious questions, but the transfer is odd.....if that is indeed what has happened.

I hope you get home for summer too. I know Vermont is slow at the moment, but I have gleaned from this site that the two service centres take it in turns to speed up and slow down. Lets hope 2009 is the year Vermont gets it act together.

It's probably just a mix-up in the paperwork. It doesn't make any sense that they'd forward your petition to VSC. But, government isn't known for always being rational.
