You want a crappy airline, Transaero requires the credit card holder to be on the plane! Cannot purchase for another unless you are with them! At least if you try to buy off there website.

These rules do not apply if you buy from their offices outside of Russia. At least as of 2007.

Dear god that's ridiculous. Y'know, Russians want so badly to be capitalists, but they really don't quite grasp the concept. We're in trouble once they do. :)
