Some just won't take no for an answer. :thumbs:

you do not need to help if you do not want to, i am not forcing anyone to respnd to my questions. but in something as important as this i like clarification from a number of people - as i know people that have said they have actually gone through the process. What one person says on here seems to be not what another person says. There is nothing wrong with checking.

I think the reason you are confused is that the "this process" to which they were referring was not comparable to the one you're asking about. You have the definitive answer to your question. That others don't know what they're talking about is not going to change that for you.

If you want confirmation, ask a Consulate directly.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
