I think you meant DS-230. You're sponsing your husband. You are petitioner and your husband is beneficiary.

This DS-230 should provide information about your husband. So, if he was married before, you should filled 2 since he has had 2 marriages including the current one with you.

Again, this form is used for your husband. You are filling the form for him. I guess you're his agent.

So, parent name is your husband's parent name

21b, yes, fill in his son's name. But you need to fill a separate DS-230 form for him if you already filed I-130 form for him previously.
