I filled for I-130 on Feb 08 and got an approved on Aug 08.

My daughter is over 21 yrs old but not married. I want to know how long before she can get a visa number and a interview date. She is in colombia and we sent our petition out since Dec of 07. Please help, any advise for me to speed up the process would be great!

According to the Department of State's web site, they are currently processing visas for petitions dated 02/22/02. So she should be getting a visa number in 6-7 years if she doesn't marry. If she marries, she will go down to category 3 and it will delay her process by another 2 years or so.
