$380 Fee

Hello,

My wife received her appointment letter for her interview and in the letter she is told to bring the $380 fee for the Visa. Now I already paid the National Visa Center here the $380 fee. Is this just some type of administrative error or do I really need to come up with another $380?

This is a typical letter. This $380.00 is already paid in the usa by the petitioner. The embassy also knows it. So you don't need to pay anything. You would also notice that the same letter also asks applicants to bring notarized I-864. Then it also says, if the petitioner has already submitted I-864, then the applicant does not need to bring it. They should have stated the same thing for IV fee, $380.00.
