Before you go off and write your thesis, I'd recommend you read up on Due Process as well as Warrants....or even better, take a course on constitutional law...seriously.

I don't need to. I look at Europe, Canada and Australia which are quite safe places to live in. Whereas the United States not so safe. Then I take it from there and look at the differences.

Canada doesn't have constitutional protections for it's citizens like Due Process and Warrants? Australia?

Thought crime? ....

They talked about it ... did they do it?

"you honor ... they talked about it ... give them the chair"

Planning to execute a crime is also a crime. It's up to whoever files it to show there is intent, and given what was in the article, there is clearly an intent to execute these plans, so yes, it's a crime.

so how much money are you willing to spend for a couple of misfits talking trash? it's your money ... spend it

Oh wait ... you talked the other day about traveling 10 mph over the speed limit ... here is your ticket ...

Not knowing sh!t about this country means you're in no position to state what works and what does not. Moron.

That is like saying toyota has no place to tell GM or Ford what to do because they don't know these companies.

At the end of the day Toyota is the leader and has every right to speak about both these companies.

As a foreigner I can see what works and what does not. Hence why I comment on it.

You are a waste of time dude. As is your pathetic life and your 2 cent degree. Send me your resume so I can wipe my ### with it.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Can't we all get along? Let's not make this a pissing contest about individual rights & what law enforcement should and shouldn't be able to do to protect our country. Both are equally important... our government was founded on this principle.

So your comparison here is the planning out of executing about a hundred black people and attempting to assassinate Presidential candidate, with pretty decent odds of being the President, versus a speeding ticket. Yes, I'm sure going to take that analogy seriously.

Hi, this is government, not selling cars.

Due process has worked just fine. There was also FISA which allowed intercepted communications of "terrorism" (regarding international calls) with the expediency of not having to go through the normal warrant process. Of course, had you not been on this unintelligent parade that you're on, you might be considering these things. Nah, lets just talk a bunch of random ####### and maybe people will just forget that I know less than a high school'er.

What a joke.

A crime is a crime ... get over it ... and prosecute

There again ... road rage thinkers ... doers ...should also get the death penalty because they might have killed someone

Unless ... some crimes are to be forgiven ...

Are there not degrees of crimes? Are all crimes the same?

If you'd be so kind as to answer the question, then we can move on in our discussion.

Are there not degrees of crimes? Are they all the same?

One thing that is for sure. If there was crime for being stupid you are guilty as charged.
